Return Policy
Each Trailblaze Motors motorcycle is manufactured on a made-to-order basis according to the specifications selected by the purchaser. Once an order has entered the production or assembly process, or has been processed for shipping, the Company shall be deemed to have commenced fulfillment. Upon commencement of manufacturing or shipping processing, all payments become non-refundable, and the purchaser expressly waives any right to cancel or rescind the order for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, delay in delivery, or product preference. Prior to the start of manufacturing or shipping processing, the Company may, in its sole discretion, authorize a cancellation request and refund, less any applicable administrative or processing fees. Once production or shipping processing has begun, no refund, credit, or exchange shall be issued under any circumstance.
Parts and Accessories Return Policy
We understand that a part or accessory may occasionally not meet your expectations or requirements. In such cases, the following policies apply:
- After a shipping notification has been sent, order cancellations are no longer possible. At this point, you must initiate a return request and secure a return authorization form.
- Returns may be requested within 30 days of the original order date. To qualify, the item must remain in its original packaging and be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, undamaged, and in pristine, resellable condition. Only items meeting these standards will be accepted and processed for return.
- If your item is deemed eligible for return after contacting our customer service or return warranty department, you will receive a return authorization number. This number allows us to efficiently track your return and link it to your account.
- When shipping the product or parts back to Trailblaze Motors LLC, you must include a copy of the return authorization form (R/A) in the shipping box or bag.
- Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and accepted as complete (including the original product box and packing materials), a refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling fees. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for any canceled or returned orders, except in cases of incorrect items or faulty products.
