Return Policy

Order cancellations are permitted only before the item has been shipped or if we are unable to fulfill your order. An item is considered shipped once a tracking number has been generated, regardless of whether the carrier has updated the tracking information. If a shipment is refused upon delivery, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the customer’s account.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Parts and Accessories Return Policy

We understand that a part or accessory may occasionally not meet your expectations or requirements. In such cases, the following policies apply:

  • After a shipping notification has been sent, order cancellations are no longer possible. At this point, you must initiate a return request and secure a return authorization form.
  • Returns may be requested within 30 days of the original order date. To qualify, the item must remain in its original packaging and be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, undamaged, and in pristine, resellable condition. Only items meeting these standards will be accepted and processed for return.
  • If your item is deemed eligible for return after contacting our customer service or return warranty department, you will receive a return authorization number. This number allows us to efficiently track your return and link it to your account.
  • When shipping the product or parts back to Trailblaze Motors LLC, you must include a copy of the return authorization form (R/A) in the shipping box or bag.
  • Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and accepted as complete (including the original product box and packing materials), a refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling fees. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for any canceled or returned orders, except in cases of incorrect items or faulty products.
