Shipping Policy
Our vehicles come pre-assembled and are shipped as semi-complete units, requiring transportation via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. In some cases, a delivery appointment may be necessary. Please ensure that your contact email address and telephone number are accurate so our freight carrier can coordinate the delivery with you. Trailblaze Motors LLC offers liftgate and other special delivery services at your expense — please notify us of any special requirements at the time of purchase.
- In some cases, certain locations may not be serviceable by LTL freight. If this happens, we will reach out to you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

Once your order is confirmed via email, it will typically ship within 1-3 business days, depending on the day the order was placed.

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package. You will receive a shipment notification via email, including tracking details, once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility. A signature will be required upon delivery.
- We currently do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Shipping Damages Claim
Any shipping damage must be documented with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
- All Claims must be placed directly through the carrier that delivered your unit.
- Trailblaze Motors LLC Is not responsible for shipping damages incurred while the unit was in transit.
- Trailblaze Motors LLC is not responsible for filing any claims for damage on a delivered unit.
